Three things this company does really well is allowing employees to choose the family, their salary, and the age of kids they prefer to nanny.

They don't require families to put a bio in their profile so that makes it hard to choose a family.

Nanny Lane is a great place to find nanny jobs. It caters to more serious families.
Cons
Sometimes nanny jobs can fall through or not be the right fit for you, but keep looking! Also, turn off your visibility settings if you are no longer looking for a job. Otherwise, requests will keep coming in and could tank your rating.
