      The team is phenomenal - a group of very talented, motivated, and collaborative people. The company offers equity to all employees, there are many options to advance, and leaders truly want everyone to succeed.

      If you don't have initiative you won't be successful here - it's a fast paced environment!

      Product is exceptional, team is very collaborative, and market is massive in the energy verticals that the company has clients today. Very competitive salaries, everyone is offered equity, and opportunity to receive more. Career advancement opportunities are limited to the individual.

      People that are not collaborative do not succeed at NarrativeWave, you are expected to take initiative, which works for some people.
