I have been working at Nasdaq as a contractor

    Pros

    - Great work atmosphere
    - Supports women in the workplace
    - Team support

    Cons

    - Huge workload; every person, at all levels, does the work of 2-3 people.
    - If you're looking to jump in pay it's better to leave and come back; internal promotions and pay increases are difficult.
    - Hard to get in the door; they prefer to work contractors until they leave, so apply for a full time position or be stuck as contractor forever.

I have been working at Nasdaq as an intern

    Pros

Put more money into the internship program if you expect to compete for talented interns. Orientation came across to many interns as being stingy.
