I have been working at Naseba full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

exceptional training provided and great for anybody looking to sharper their sales skills even further. you can get promoted in your first 6 months while continuously getting uncapped commission every month. great opportunities to travel to Europe & the Middle East.

    Cons

as the company invests a lot in its employees, they demand great work ethic so there are certain tasks that sales people have to do outside of working hours such as lead research

    Advice to Management

great culture and great place to work

    Pros

Opportunity to grow, fast paced environment, convenient location in Chicago. You will learn a lot about a market you probably didn't know much about and are given a chance to succeed. Team in Chicago is good with the members of them being good colleagues.

    Cons

They have an extremely narrow approach to business. In terms of support for your work there is very little to none, often they sell the job as one where marketing builds leads and works for the sales team, which they might in the UAE, but nobody has ever heard of this company in the States. The concept they have is foreign to most businesses in the United States and with a lot of access to capital at the moment it is a hard sale. The goal of the business analysts is to find people desperate for capital and selling them less than ideal introductions at least at first.

    Advice to Management

Continue growing your development team, and educating people about your business model. Do not lie to clients about how slow the investment introduction process truly is.

I have been working at Naseba full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

This is an organisation that prides itself on facing challenges head-on and delivering results for clients regardless of perceived shortages in resources. The company is ultimately only as good as the people in it and that's really where the notion of "Naseba is not for everyone" came from. If you are willing to give your heart to the job, the people around you will take care of the rest. But if you'd rather just do a 9-5 job to get your salary, you'll have a miserable and short-lived time at Naseba.

This is a rare organisation in which managers aren't scared of letting their teams grow. In fact, there is a deeply entrenched belief in the company that true growth can only happen from the ground up. Employee freedom and an intrapreneurship culture are a direct result of that belief.

This is a company for people who have the guts to take responsibility and not make excuses when things don't work out.

    Cons

There is sometimes a disconnect between what the management thinks is required and what the teams know.

    Advice to Management

Along with all the freedom, there should be a little more transparency on certain matters.

    Pros

very competitive environment, great training provided when you join the company, freedom to submit your ideas or suggestions once you proved yourself, Management ready to listen when faced with constructive suggestions, international travels, loads of incentives and bonuses to do your job, great commission structure for all departments, dealing daily with top decision makers from public or private sectors and many more

    Cons

Many if you re not ready to prove yourself, get the job done and progress in your career. This is not a 9to5 work

    Pros

How many companies would dare empower their employees, irrespective of their age, culture, race, experience etc to speak to 'C' suite executives with confidence?
How many companies push you to succeed, support you by leaps and bounds, and believe you will even succeed even when if you are quite far from it?
How many companies offer random cash incentives and commissions for doing you job, for which you are already paid a salary?
How many companies make you the most wanted in the market and help build a solid personal and professional profile that go a long way?
How many companies have helped you gain skills and traits that transform your life very positively and make you want to be a leader? And make you a leader?
I'm not aware of many. I'm not aware of any other than Naseba. This is one place where my heart is in the job and the job is in my heart!

    Cons

This perhaps is a con only for those who don't make the cut. Naseba is not for everyone. This is the deeply etched mantra. If you want flexible working hours, enjoy procrastination, have less zeal and motivation and want to float like a butterfly without much focus (Muhammad Ali being the exception because he also stung like a bee) - there are zillions of companies that wouldn't mind employing you but Naseba is not for you. Cons like the one mentioned in the below review, too bad that s/he didn't make the cut. Naseba is not for everyone.

    Advice to Management

No management is 100% right. No company knows it all. The humbleness to acknowledge it is not a sign of weakness. If anything, it will bring creativity and ideas on the table from multiple brains to consistently get better and further boost the overall posture of the company.

    I worked at Naseba full-time

    Pros

This company offers an incredible learning curve, especially for people joining who are freshers. Your sales skills become far superior than other people's because of their intense training program. They are strict, disciplined and expect everybody to push their limits, hence not everyone makes it especially if they are lazy and dont want to work hard.

    Cons

people who dont make it in the company become victims and complain about how stressful it is, but those are kids who are pissed off that they werent good enough to be part of the team. i will be forever grateful to management for teaching me the sales skills i have today.

    Advice to Management

awesome culture providing opportunity to freshers who aren't necessarily qualified but have the right personality and hunger

    Pros

I really wish I could think of even a morsel of positivity that I could share about this company but unfortunately I"m not that gifted!

    Cons

They treat you like a slave and pay you even worse!
The big boss thinks and acts like a child who just understood what money is all about
Management think they are the best in the world (a sad fact for someone being that age)
Sell lies to customers - I mean that literally

    Advice to Management

Please grow up and learn some professionalism and decency. Money isn't everything, and the blogs that your CEO rights thinking he is someone smart, are pieces of narcissistic (fill in the blank). Candid advice - get your heads our of your behinds and start thinking about someone other than yourselves.

    Pros

An ideal organization to learn and develop project management skills as well as commercial awareness. Those who "make the cut" past probation, have a great chance to develop a strict professional code of conduct, which will help you stay disciplined and focused in future roles.

    Cons

There is little to no work-life balance and an authoritarian management structure, which leads to a very stressful and at times unpleasant work environment.

    Advice to Management

A Chairman should not get involved in day-to-day operations. Let the CEO and other Senior Executives get on with their jobs and lead the Company.
