I worked at Nastrac as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Corporate culture was inclusive and colleagues were accepting. Work efficiency and fanaticism for quality are expected and mastered over time. Responsibilities given have stretched me out of confirm zones where tasks allowed me to quickly grasp new skills and knowledge in order to maintain efficiency. Performance was results-driven with strict deadlines to abide by. I'd say that Nastrac has nailed their internship programs in terms of developing & training required and additional skills; including soft skills. In fact, Nastrac's allowed interns to forge good friendships not just employee-employer relationships between colleagues! You wouldn't be doing all the photocopying and buying coffee work at Nastrac but you'd be dealing with real work that will stretch you positively. I ultimately would recommend an internship at Nastrac be it Marketing, Business Development, or HR. If you're looking for a place to grow your potential and have a rewarding experience, it's Nastrac.

    Cons

Know how to balance independence with work and accountability to manager / relevant colleagues in charge. Work load may include other work type from another department. Should be extra meticulous over work even during weekends and after work hours (marketing).

    - managers are cheap
    - late payments, and non-payments on comissions
    - too many promises but haven't seen anything
    - not proffessional

    Advice to Management

    invest money into your employees.

I worked at Nastrac as an intern

    Pros

Great Experience! Friendly and helpful work environment, amazing culture, awesome leader!!! Most of all, they value everyones' opinions and ideas, including that of interns.

    Cons

The only con I can think of is that the intern pay was a little low. But the exposure you get here can easily outweigh that.
