I have been working at Nasuni full-time

    Pros

People making decisions here are absurdly smart, and always willing to help you with your knowledge of the industry. Good management that will commit time into making you better. Great location. Product is truly innovative and the client-base will continue to grow. Come here while you can.

    Cons

Not very diverse but that's been changing.

    Advice to Management

Continue valuing employees and making this a great place to work.

    Pros

The perks of the building where they are located are impressive.

    Cons

Where to begin,, the whole HR hiring process was a hot mess, bad management, product that is all over the place, management that rarely shows up to meetings, ageism runs rampant. and a very overpriced location

    Advice to Management

Show up to a meeting why don't ya.

I worked at Nasuni full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The benefits were good. That was the only pro.

    Cons

Management had poor communication skills and were not upfront about what the job entailed. They made the job to be much better than what it really was.

    Advice to Management

Be upfront and improve your communication skills.

    Pros

Most organized company I have been apart of. Territory alignment as well as goals for you to hit are very clear cut. Also a path to a promotion is made clear early on with goals that are easy to understand. The training was intense and a lot of work but well worth it, makes you very well prepared for role. Inside sales manager is very well experienced and really understands how insides sales work and how to compensate...

    Pros

Insofar as startups go, Nasuni sets the standard to a new level both in terms of professionalism and output. There is no doubt that there are many a startup in this realm of IT however working here has shown me these clear facts: - Nasuni is a stable, full on firepower of a startup, it is large in size and has astute self awareness of its product - The founder Andres is a tour de force of passion, he believes in his...

I worked at Nasuni full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Awesome benefits, unlimited vacation, free snacks, some great people

    Cons

Management stuck with "friends" at the top. Small company mentality, unable to break through. Too many bugs, in the product, rushed fixes that creates more bugs.

    Advice to Management

There are great managers, but some terrible as well. But they are friends, and as such, the bad apples bring the company down. Instead of facing the issue, they blame the lower tier to blame.

    I worked at Nasuni full-time

    Pros

Free food and nice view from the office

    Cons

Not a great place for women. The company is not very diverse and most departments consist of men. Sales team runs like a fraternity with all the team being college bros on the same lacrosse team. Drinking is a big part of the culture too. Like i said, feels like a frat house, stay far away if you are looking for career growth and advancement especially if you are a woman.

    Advice to Management

Diversity is key to success. Look internally and see the places that need improvement. Hire more women. And stop hiring peoples friends. Thats how it turns into a frat house. Also you should pay employees better.

I have been working at Nasuni full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I will say the Finance and HR team do good job of drafting fake reviews. It is very interesting to read some of these positive reviews. Admittedly there are some good people here and I enjoy my teammates. So that’s another pro.

    Cons

Too many to list. Weak management, weak executives, sneaky behind closed doors behavior. If you are a favorite employee you’ll go far.

    Advice to Management

Grow up a little and listen to our feedback even if it’s stuff you don’t want to hear.

I have been working at Nasuni full-time

    Pros

Like any company, Nasuni isn't the right fit for everyone. We have entered a period of rapid growth over the last 2 years and it looks like that trend will continue for the foreseeable future. One of my favorite things about working for a small-ish company is that rapid growth means a massive amount of opportunity for professional development because employees get to wear multiple hats and contribute to the success of...

    Cons

Any company growing at such a rapid pace will have growing pains. The biggest one that affects me right now is interdepartmental communication, but we are all working together to learn everyone’s preferred communication style and to ensure that everyone is on the same page. A few months ago, I would have said that the lack of a training program was also a con, but that was recently rectified when the company hired...

    Advice to Management

Keep it up! What you're doing is working, which is pretty clear by the $30M of funding that we recently got from Goldman Sachs. A huge challenge with growing this quickly is that you run the risk of growing so fast that the company loses the culture that made it so successful in the first place. I don't think we're at imminent risk of this, but it's something to keep a pulse on as we continue to scale.
