    Pros

Smaller network of individuals that work well together and have the best interest of the patients. Staffing is good as long as all responsible staff members come in when scheduled.

    Cons

It is unfortunate when staff is required to do mandatory overtime. To avoid this staff need to be reminded to give ample notice to give management time to adequately cover them without having to mandate.

    Advice to Management

Reorganize the use of RN staff in the nursing home.

    Pros

excellent salary and benfits for the area. great opportunities for continued education reimbursement. management is very good about keeping staff up to date on status and growth.

    Cons

Because it is a smaller hospital obviously there is not a lot of opportunity for internal growth in the facility but salaries are very good for the area and there are many long-termers.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work keeping employees informed of the forcast in healthcare and in the growth of the hospital itself.
