    Pros

    Good Environment where we can learn practically, technically on multiple tasks.
    Interaction with multiple professionals that makes to be anxious about the way of living.
    we celebrate every festival, occasions, events as if we are more than family members.

    Cons

    There are no such dark shades related to my working organization.

    To put forward the payment of salaries, encourage the thoughts of employees.

    I have been working at National Aerospace Laboratories full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Core engineering work, salary at starting level is better than most aerospace engineering firms, nice campus, relaxed work environment, benefits of central government job, higher education opportunities.

    Cons

    salary at higher levels are not great, comes under CSIR and not in MoD( like ISRO, DRDO) so there can be funding issues sometimes, less scope of personality development.
