    Pros

Great place to work and excellent benefits. Its global company so you are always working with interesting people from all over the world.

    Cons

Corporate office has a high turnover as the area has an issue with working hard. The local staff just show up and expect to be paid just because they are present.

    Advice to Management

Move your corporate office to a place where people have a good work ethic.

    Pros

I suppose for those of very little moral scruples who do not mind overstepping some legal lines, there are definitely some promotions and profits to be had.

    Cons

Following the above reasons, if you wish for a professional environment where hard work, diligence and decent pay and benefits are to be expect, you will be disappointed. National Asset Management, LLC (NAM) has a probation period of about 120-180 days. Incidentally this is also their average turnaround for employees. Also not that they do not have a 401K, stock, IRAs or health care benefits. Unless you consider the $2500 deductable for health care insurance with out company matching, health care benefits. At NAM, do not expect that your ideas to be heard, or management to care. Furthermore, expect that your job will end, when the probationary period ends particularly if you talk about the unfairness of getting pay docked for being a Salary employee, though they refuse to pay overtime. I do actually believe that is illegal. Don't even think about asking for unemployment benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Don't waste people's time.
