I have been working at National Bank part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are pretty good, opportunity to grow in long-term,

    Cons

They based the recruiting process on the experience. That is really excellent, but sometime they do not analyse the personal side. There are a lot of people working as manager or director who do not have human or personal skills as they have to. Lacking of leadership
