I have been working at National Beverage full-time

    Pros

Paycheck is decent once you start working OT

    Cons

The work is hard. Expected to work long hours, and getting a break or lunch during night shift is hard to come by

    Advice to Management

Treat employees like they are people, not slaves. And stop crossing favorites it's very clear who they are and they definitely get special treatment. Also you may want to do some random drug /alcohol testing on some employees and management especially those that work at night.

I worked at National Beverage full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I was a favorite so I didn't have issues.

    Cons

Culture is one of favorites, no open communication, secrecy, zero morale, no recognition, no visibility from senior leader(s). while I agree with health and wellness, this is over the top.

    Advice to Management

Stop operating like you're in the 1980's and understand what employees seek out in their jobs today. Listen, communicate and above all, know your people.
