    Pros

the pay is okay if you don't have to pay too many bills

    Cons

the pay is horrible if you have to pay many bills

    Advice to Management

the current pay structure is designed like a pyramid scheme so that someone never really moves up to make the money you claim they may potentially make. Just be honest. Either pay people or don't lie to them.

I have been working at National Debt Relief full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I go to work everyday knowing that I am helping people get out of debt. It is extremely rewarding. great people and culture, stimulating job with good benefits, competitive work environment, upward mobility. the job is really what you make of it; if you put in a lot of effort you can do really well. This is a job that you cannot take home with you so the work life balance is great.

    Cons

I would not recommend this job to anyone who is easily stressed by challenges and buckles under pressure. If you have problems with occasionally being aggressive or pushy, and if you don't like talking to people this is not the job for you. This is also definitely a job for self-starters; you control your success.

    Advice to Management

continue the activity program as coworkers can be really competitive with each other and thus cold towards each other.
