I worked at National Electric Coil full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

One of the few places to work for an engineer in the Brownsville, Texas area making a competitive salary. Nice facility with descent work space and offices for the staff.

    Cons

Very few opportunities for professional growth or advancement within the 0rganization. Company does not invest in employee capacitation. Old talent is not preserved by passing it to new generations.
