I worked at National Engineering Industries full-time

    Pros

Fast changing and fast paced work environment with a great breadth of operations. An engineer can learn a lot in few years.

    Cons

Management seeks more than required engineers in light of the fact that most will leave and hence doesn't care much about employee satisfaction.

    Advice to Management

Should intake only limited engineers and nurture them for long lasting relationship.

I worked at National Engineering Industries full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    1. On time salary
    2. Good start for a fresher
    3. State of art R&D
    4. Fast growing bearing company

    Cons

    1. There are certain departments where you can learn and grow but if you join Sales & Marketing then making big mistake.
    2. Especially Delhi Branch, where you don't find scope of growth both in personal and professional. Delhi B.M. can take your career in downside. He is a person who only works for his growth rather than his peers growth. He can give big lectures on Management skills but fail same at his end. A perfect example of AUTOCRATIC MANAGER !!

    Advice to Management

Rather than conducting programs like COFFEE WITH CEO, higher management need to groom you talents in an organisation. Old managers doesn't make a way for their upcoming young managers and people are more involved in internal politics rather than becoming a Great Work Place. But, on paper NEI Ltd is a Great Place to Work. LoL 😂

I have been working at National Engineering Industries full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

None....well to be honest none ....but even have to pick anything good then it will be " the humble heart employees" and a huge spread at heart of city.

    Cons

    Now the list starts;

    1. Sub standard products.
    2. Sub standard raw material.
    3. Quality actually no quality department.
    4. Grand Deming - I now doubt the ability of deming Jury.
    5. Zero "training and skill enhancement initiatives."
    6. FH & DH operates with power distance.
    7. All good people have left in last 2 years or their CVs are active.
    8. Technology ZERO, Manufacturing Capability is improving post exit of head less leader, Sales is managing to survive but have different dynamics.
    9. CEO has no connect with ground zero.
    10. HR is nothing else than bunch of zombies working under a self proclaimed "Super-women".
    11. Work culture is Authoritative, Disruptive, mismanaged, aim less and supremely demotivated except of FH in their "Happy state".

    Advice to Management

No advice to management but yes to all the customers and employees "Please think before attaching yourself".

    Pros

Helpful people that take time out to teach new people the ways of the company and the work to be done.

    Cons

Growth chances for a fresher from college are very low. Too many pay grades exist and chances of promotion are very slim. Eg. A GET has to wait for 2.5 years practically to get benefits of his/her first promotion

    Advice to Management

Better growth opportunities need to be given to retain young talent, who eventually leave due to lack of lack career growth
