- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Work hard and you will excel. A lot of opportunity to grow within the company.
Cons
Location and traffic can be rough
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
The ability is there to make a ton of money in a 40hr work work. I was brand new to the entire industry and made almost $90k my 1st year. Granted my stress was through the roof and I struggled and slaved away making 100+ dials a day. There is a lot of pressure but that just be me. Will promote you if see you doing well.
Cons
I was laid off with 70% of company in March due to covid. It’s a very hard expensive product to sell. I hear they are hiring people back now but I never reached out because of the high stress and just talking to business owners losing everything seems hard. I’m curious so see how sales are doing now
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Fun people, casual work environment
Cons
Needs better pay, room to growth
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
free food on fridays, end of month tacos, lit concerts, free tampons
Cons
little pay and room for growth in the field
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Not many pros, terrible place
Cons
Terrible place to work no growth
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
They had great work/life balance and were very flexible.
Cons
They had no end goal and needed to work on their overall vision.
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Good If You're a Writer Looking for a Company that's a Metaphor For the End-Stage/Drain-Circling of American Industry

-During your 90th cold call on a Tuesday at 2:30, you'll occasionally come to the realization that you do, in fact, live in San Diego and therefore may be subject to an extremely large earthquake. In your fantasy, the earthquake will be swift and complete, and perhaps- if you believe enough- will free you from your mortal coil, and most importantly, the cubicle you currently occupy. -One time they brought in Mexican food. -I think there's an ashtray (maybe two!) outside if you smoke.
Cons
-It was said in a meeting that "we need to make this place more like Wolf of Wall Street". It was said unironically and met with enthusiasm. I'm not a film critic, but I think that *may* be a misread of the film. -I mean listen, ultimately you're just picking at the corpses of game-over small business owners and banging them out of their last few bucks . If you're a religious person, I'd imagine you have to square some stuff up with your God when your head hits the pillow at night. So, that may be a "con" for you.

Great money if you can produce
Cons
If you don't produce, they will let you go

No Career, just a number, no advancement opportunities, micromanagement, negative environment

Pros
Great people to work with in department; Learn a lot; Raffle tickets for sporting events; Good healthcare
Cons
Sales reps can be demeaning and rude and are allowed to be; Vacation time is poor (you have to work there 3 years to get an extra day of vacation); They don't promote people within like they say; A lot of favoritism (and it's obvious)
