      Good ole' boys in senior positions. Low pay.

      Advice to Management

      Bring in new blood to lead departments and higher more diversity. The company needs more diversity and women in senior positions. Hiring women that identify as males is not an answer for diversity. Dismiss staff with 10+ to 14+ years. The company needs fresh ideas. A new vision. In addition, the company needs to stop covering up race issues. The company supports and protects the management and not the employees. They...

      Great people, great benefits, awesome brand

      Cons

      Immense upheaval all the time since the Fox merger (lots of rounds of layoffs), and ongoing uncertainty leading up to the Disney takeover, means morale can often be low.

      warm fuzzy virtuous brand plays well at networking events

      Cons

      underpays because of cachet of brand, undergoing major reorganizations and layoffs every 6 months due to industry instability. Not family-friendly in terms of telework.

      too top heavy; hire people to do the work, not more people manage the work that needs doing.

      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly and helpful. If you put in extra work you can learn a lot from employees in different departments.

      Cons

      There is a high turnover with contractors due to amount of freelance/contract jobs. It is difficult to grow with the company.
