    Pros

    Great team of therapist who are smart, friendly and hardworking! Everyone pitches in to help one another. Therapy gym has all equipment needed to provide variety of treatments in all realms of therapy.

    Cons

    Not very much PTO compared to most other facilities. Overworked nurses and huge overturn of nursing and CNA staff due to poor management.

    DON/Scheduler works with your school schedule
    DON is willing to work the floor
    Great receptionist

    Cons

    Worst pay for a CNA
    Office politics are the worst here
    Staff doesn't work as a team/unit
    Staff turnover is shockingly high
    Too much drama/ back stabbing

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of all of management and start new
    provide better care to the residents
    Learn how keep and cherish you currently employers and you wouldn't have to scramble to find new bodies to fill the halls.

    The pay here is decent. There is a shift differential. Benefits are decent.

    Cons

    Needs more staff. Very strict on employees, always walking on glass.

    Keep up what youre doing because youre doing great. need more staff though.

    Pros

    Staff is orientated on patient care above all. Hours are flexible. Patients are very well cared for. Pay and benefits are great.

    Cons

    There is a lack of respect among the nursing staff. There is an over abundance of gossiping to and about staff. Leaders are needed.

    Advice to Management

    Sensitive issues should be kept sensitive. If staff members complain to management an investigation should be done to protect all parties. Not just complaining party.

    Decent pay. Plenty of work.

    Nurses covered for each other when mistakes where made. Chronically understaffed. Zero flexibility. Management out of touch with employees.

    Pros

    Company has great organization and has excellent staff. Resident care is definitely at the top of priorities, and is clearly seen in the facility.

    Cons

    Staffing shortage, but that's pretty much anywhere these days.
