    Advice to Management

Appreciate the employees you have, and they'll be more willing to step up and make things even more amazing. Make them feel like you are happy they are here, and that you want them to stay here and stay happy. Don't make promises to them that aren't going to be kept.

I have been working at National HealthCare full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Opportunities for advancement, great nursing team, one of the best snf/Ltc providers historically

    Cons

With recent retirement at the regional and corporate level the focus and overall values of the company have significantly changed for the detriment of staff and patients, mission and better way are no longer important

    Advice to Management

Centers are skilled NURSING facilities, not restaurants, gyms, or hotels— don’t forget the value and dedication of the nursing team and don’t diminish their importance, Investigate rather than take the word of a few select leaders, don’t forget the big picture, improve or eliminate AIT program
