Friendly Atmosphere, Free Lunch, great co-works, company willing to accommodate the needs of their employees(within reason).
Cons
The traffic on 7 is a pain to deal with.

Pros
My boss at the time was great. The workload was feasible and there was great communication. I would recommend interning there although I warn you that unless you do communications or research you won't be doing anything rather difficult. There are great opportunities to network. You just can't be shy like I was.
Cons
CEO was a nightmare. She was only there for a brief period as most of her co-workers hated her and she could never keep an assistant. She thought as an intern I was there to get her lunch when I didn't even work with her nor was I in her department. Other than that there were no cons.
