    Pros

    Flat organisation, flexibility to work as long as you keep client happy, you are totally accountable and responsible for your projects

    Cons

    The organisational support in some of repetitive tasks can enhance productivity. Lessons learnt and historical data needs to be searched through informal discussions.

    Build a brand for the organization documents, templates and deliverables to ensure repeated high quality deliverables

    Pros

    It is a good profile to sit and earn money. Waste of government money

    Cons

    The worst workplace ever seen in my life. I am regretting why I didn't believed the glassdoor reviews earlier.

    Advice to Management

    Give power to SeMT consultants or it is difficult for them to survive in this political environment.

    1. Opportunity to work in unique projects of Govt.
    2. Lot of scope to learn Govt. processes, experience working with various tiers of govt. officials including the high ranked Civil service officers

    This helps one to gain huge experience in the field of e-Governance which opens further job scope in that field. Also one can gain good job satisfaction by contributing to the nation.

    3. Good work life balance, possibility to get posting at native location
    4. Salary can be good if negotiated well before joining

    2. No internal training or development program for employees
    3. Salary is low

    Please bring in good HR related policies. HR works as mere coordinator, there should be good policies focused around employees.
