    I worked at National Interstate full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Corporate office has some opportunity for advancement. Good company extracurricular activities. Good job for college graduates that have no experience.

    Cons

    Pay is considerably below industry average for just about every position in the company. They micromanage to the point that a fairly high level employee would be reprimanded if they weren’t in the office by 8am. So extremely limited schedule flexibility.

    few...its a pay check. hope all companies aren't like this one.

    Cons

    many...too many to list. It all starts when you walk through the door.

    look for a better mousetrap
