    Pros

    Good benefits and salaries, good training in some cases and nice employees.

    Cons

    Unstable position and not very nice HR managers. You may experience too much stress dealing with the people dealing with your administrative works there.

    Advice to Management

    Despite very talented people you are hiring(after a very long and hard process of hiring), never use their talents and skills towards company’s goals.

    A large company full of opportunities for growing, good managers and supervisors and lots of things for learning.

    Cons

    In some cases, human resources are not evaluated and are employed regardless of their skills and specialities.

    Pros

    fast paced place,with good coworkers,aggressive culture with good benefits and bonuses,you can learn very different things there

    Cons

    income is not as equal as the work load however the benefits are good.in some cases cause of international sanctions access is limited to new tech

    Advice to Management

    give more attention to employee and find ways to get a better access to the new machines and devices to get a more benefit of production units

    The only good point about working for NIOC is having a life time job security,

    There are many Cons thought, its a state run governments so promotion is not based on qualification and rather based on your political view and being close to specific parties.
