    its specialized in renal and able to learn and practice in the clinical area. the management focus in holistic care to patient

    Cons

    a holistic care take up lots of time to comply. lots of paper work for a RN to handle as some patients r DM diagnose and need extra care for this group of pt.

    to sort out the manpower problems

    Many people have kidney disease and this organization has wonderful programs, from screening the general public...to programs for persons with kidney disease...to education for professionals who care for patients.

    Cons

    Implementation of much needed changes could have been smoother.

    You get more bees with honey! Be kind to your staff and they will support the agency. Work place bullying is not acceptable

    way to many house calls per day

    Need uniforms , less of a work load and need helper to unload at end of the day . Regular raise is badly needed .

    When I started it was great. Interesting projects and programs I was passionate about.

    Cons

    Support staff is very under appreciated by senior staff. Salaries are too low for support people

    Advice to Management

    Show your staff members you appreciate them. Don't keep piling on without compensation.
