    Pros

Great co-workers - you learn a lot about installment loans, taxes, mastercards, check cashing, audits, collections, etc.

    Cons

Customer yell at you - the company makes it difficult to give you a raise - difficult to book off time if you are not a manager - if you are not a manager you work a lot of evenings and mid-shifts because they make their own schedule.

    Pros

Fulltime 5 day work week. Cash checks for free and money orders. Store manager jackie is great.

    Cons

They quick to only give u 34 hours instead of a full 40. Makes it extremely hard to bonus. And company doesn't care about stores. Won't upgrade computers or internet. Not very much room for advancement!

    Advice to Management

Give employees what they need (updated computers etc.) to do a great job and you'll have happy customer's and loyal reliable employees.
