    Pros

    You can stay there no matter how bad you are at your job.

    Cons

    Not much upward mobility.
    It's not a place where you will expand your skillset.

    Invest in the people that work there.

    Pros

    Clear goals set forth by call center supervisors. Job stability and opportunities for promotion exist if the work is taken seriously.

    Cons

    Very strict about arbitrary rules that can change from day to day. Zero tolerance for tardiness and break times are strictly enforced.

    Advice to Management

    Don't treat the call center reps like cattle.

    Pros

    Full Benefits and on the job training. Became top 10 sales representative. Prior management was greatly appreciated till 2012.

    Cons

    New management after 2012 call center requirements were constantly changing and hard to meet hence stressful position.

    Start with good people, lay out the rules, communicate with your employees, motivate them and reward them.

    Cons

    When employees are happy, they are your very best ambassadors.

    A business organization whose employees are happy is more productive, has a higher morale, and has a lower turnover.

    -NNA is a leader in the industry, has a strong market share
    -Fellow employees are great, supportive, friendly overall.
    -Established organization

    Cons

    -Very low employee morale
    -Management mistreats employees
    -Very political
    -Seems like only a couple of individuals are in charge

    Advice to Management

    -Let go of pride, dislike of employees
    -Team building exercises
    -Promotions and raises as appropriate
    -Be objective, not subjective
