    Pros

Coworkers... the people you spent more time than your family at home. Those people out on the floor and in the office were the ones that made it worth it all. The majority of them were willing to teach you the correct way and help you understand what you were trying to learn.

    Cons

Upper management was never willing to take time to appreciate the commitment, dedication, and acknowledge the worker who made them look good. There was no employee recognition for working late Fridays, weekends, and coming in on call to make it work to make sure the job was not missed. Outside sales were very greedy, self-centered, and manipulating. Even when they gave out t-shirts or hats, they did it out of spite and made us fight tooth and nail against each other which started jealousy, hate, and betrayal. We didn't have Christmas parties, bonus, or awards.

    Advice to Management

I don't need to say anything to Management, apparently they are well aware how to manage a shop to keep the customer happy but if only that commitment was to the employee then the doors would be still open in Bakersfield.

    Pros

    Plenty of opportunities for overtime.

    Cons

Management has no idea how to treat their employees. Seems like their motto is everyone is replaceable. Salary is well below market average.

    Advice to Management

    Get new management.

    Pros

Best people I have ever worked with

    Cons

    No recycling program; under staffed.

    Advice to Management

Show up. Don't ask a facility to do something until you have gone there and solved a problem.

    Pros

Some very talented people working throughout this organization.

    Cons

The old guard needs to move on. On balance, this is a 20th century tech organization. Company does not integrate well, tends to react slower than industry counterparts to market forces and struggles with process and standards of operation. All this means employees (and customers) are in constant state of uncertainty and change which has caused much of the emerging talent to look elsewhere for stimulating product development.

    Advice to Management

Stop recycling management. Bring in new talent that can rethink the oil field service and manufacturing model and lead from the front and not the rear. There is a lot of top shelf talent out there under 50.

    Pros

I guess flexible when you need emergency time off. Drive to location in a company truck, albeit crappy ones. Insurance isn't the best but it's acceptable I guess.

    Cons

Treat you like dirt, don't care if you are unhappy even if you work your butt of for them. No per-diem pay. No bonuses. Hardly ever get a raise over $.02 in the last three or four years. Poor management.

    Advice to Management

If your workers have to deal with being stuck at a crappy location, even after requesting to move, at least make the headache worth it with a pay raise. Especially for those that always work hard and never complained before

    Pros

    Constant Work, Good Benefits

    Cons

No life balance, Lots of paper work and consistently changing

    Advice to Management

Field techs spend way too much time on paperwork . Go back to way it was and let field techs spend their time working on the issues rather than the papers

    Pros

The conroe facillity 500 conroe park west. Good benefits and advancements in manufacturing. Management has became optimum compared to past years.

    Cons

Always work your weekends unless you get a slow week. Certain individuals are placed before others. Female employees in shop get away with alot with no consequences, have yet to see and diciplinary action taken against a female whether its phone use which is constant, alcohol never seen a drug test or constantly calling in or late. I have work at this facility for almost 10 years and observed alot of behaviors.

    Advice to Management

Focus on employees work and effort put into jobs time completed and quality, reward those doing the work. Treat every individual with the same respect whether male or female.
