    Pros

I worked for NPE when I was living in Chicago and it was an excellent company to work for. NPE is a company that is genuinely out there to shift our world into a better place. Management cares about their employees and most importantly they are honest and grant you with the ability to pave your own path to success. I love the product and will forever stand by it. Even though I do not currently work with the company, I am still extremely supportive of the brand and feel a part of the team.

    Cons

No cons to report. Two thumbs up on the brand.

    Advice to Management

Don't change, your honesty and respect for employees is creating a productive and successful work environment. You make communication an easy and positive experience which will continue to grant you success.

    Pros

Company used to have a team oriented environment then it all changed. Atmosphere is casual but not professional. Free coffee, pop, and snacks if that kind of thing thrills you. They give out bonuses and if they like you a lot they'll give you a few extra bucks.

    Cons

Low pay. Pinches pennies and spends dollars. Lack of direction. No career path. No strategy to utilize employees talents. Promotions and raises are handed out by favoritism or to complainers. Poor communication from top down. Disorganized. Management talks negatively about former employees, and even about current employees, to others. Lack of team environment. Management bends over backwards for some but not others, very inconsistent treatment. PTO is awful. No personnel department to help you, just some guy who works from home with no real HR experience that you can talk to on the phone.

    Advice to Management

I don't even know where to begin. You need professional help from someone who understands how to lead a varied group of people. Some day you're going to mistreat the wrong person and end up with a lawsuit on your hands. No idea how you have avoided one so far.

    Pros

You do other stuff outside your job title because the staff is small. Its laid back except if you come to work late. You get to know everybody you work with because its small.

    Cons

Low pay. Can't move up in your position. No privacy because of the cubacles. Hours are not flexable. Environment is depressing.

    Advice to Management

    Pay better.

    Cons

Sometimes it becomes a little confusing when you do not get very clear tasks.
