    NPCC experience will give you strength to work in any difficult situation.

    Cons

    NPCC management always lacks to recognise the hardworkers effort they made to achieve the project goal.

    Advice to Management

    Please make sure everybody is treated equally in the company.

    I have gained both onshore and offshore experience during my stay with NPCC. This company focus and pay specific attention to overall safety and it has helped and provided me with an opportunity to include safety aspects from its design to execution
