    Pros

Great benefits and work environment, 401K, medical, dental, vision and bonuses .

    Cons

Company is , in my experience, sexist, racist and misogynistic . The boys club is alive and well and staying dry under the glass ceiling they protect. This company denies advancement to it’s long term employees and management has its favorites.

    Advice to Management

Come out of the stone age!
