    Pros

Seeing how the process from beginning to start, and being able to help and share ideas that will help the company grow. Different machines in the factory was the most interesting part swinder will spool the material and the twisters will send off the finish project. The last project was for the USA Air Force Jackets.

    Cons

The cons were not able to express how you feel about a specific job, they would write you up even if it was an emergency. So people had to work harder than others to have a jobs, while others were treated better favoritism.
