    Pros

Excellent work environment, excellent support and encouragement from coworkers and supervisors. There are serious efforts being made across the whole organization, fundamental changes underway, to further improve the experience of employees and service that the organization offers. An Excellent place to work.

    Cons

Nothing that I can think of. And there are so many efforts being made to continually improve the place that picking out "cons" seems kind of superficial. I have heard criticisms about other people's experiences there, but I'd have to admit I think those criticisms reflect the attitudes of the critic more than the quality of the work experience.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at National Spiritual Assembly of The Baha'is of The United States full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Beautiful gardens, friendly, & easy work at the temple in Wilmette.

    Cons

Nobody has left 1st or 2nd shift in Public Safety for over 3 years, so you may get stuck with bad hours (no weekends off for 3 years except for vacation days).
