    Pros

    The smartest student in Chinese culture. Easy to conduct research since school provides almost everything you will need. NTU is located in the center of capital.

    Cons

    Lowest salary in the Top 100 university of the world. Associate professor get paid around 35K USD per yr. Loading of teaching and service is extremely heavy.

    Advice to Management

    The only problem will be the language. Will be hard to survive if you don't speak Mandrin. Try to be humble and polite in Taiwanese culture.

    Great location in Taipei city. The one university draw most advanced talent in the country.

    Lack of international cooperation, long working hours.

    Advice to Management

    Really need to relocate the budge in the important sections instead of wasting on useless constructions.

    Working at the top school and people in the Taiwan benefits all the research experiences I always wanted to get

    Depends on the funding which is different from lab to lab, supplies could be easier for on lab to support then the others

    Advice to Management

    Nothing much to give advice about. This is the top college in Taiwan and I am glad to had the chance to work in such a great place
