    Cons

    The company has huge pool of human resources and typically very senior people also do not shoulder large responsibilities. The company follows set pattern of career growth and this is difficult to isolate outstanding professionals from fair or average contributors. The department change very political.

    Advice to Management

    Modernizing the townships would be good motivator. Fast track promotions shall also help attract and retain good talent. Avoiding frequent transfer is also required.

    Great place to work. Good people. Good work life balance. Exposure to various types of projects, independence, freedom and encouragement to pursue your own jobs/projects.

    Cons

    low interest in exploring new project opportunities. Flat organization. Creativity and Innovation do not translate into bonus or incentives.
