I worked at National Urban League

    Pros

working for this company offered a number of great opportunities for personal growth. The work was exciting, meaningful and diverse. Since it was a smaller company you are expected to do a number of jobs and wear a number of hats, but once you're in you're like family.

    Cons

I worked in an office with high turnover, but most other departments in the company were not like this.
