    Pros

    loved working there liked everyone
    they started big layoffs last year and i finally got it

    Cons

    owner passed away 3 years ago and left his son to run things.son is blowing it

    Good co-workers. The managers not so great. No pay increase. Little overtime. No longer term benefits of working here.

    Cons

    No long term benefits. Health care is too expensive. No training.
