    Good work life balance. Deadlines on projects get pushed if needed.

    Not the most innovative technologies coming on projects. Some projects could be not as challenging as one would like to gain great innovative mind-bending experience.

    Pros

    Great culture and work environment, everyone enjoys working here and look to help out anyone they can at anytime.

    Cons

    The starting pay is a little lower than other companies in the industry. Everyone pretty much works in a cube, offices are only for senior leaders like AVP's and VP's.

    Advice to Management

    Management is great, they are willing to work with anyone's needs and will accommodate everyone's schedules.
