    Good work life balance. Deadlines on projects get pushed if needed.

    Not the most innovative technologies coming on projects. Some projects could be not as challenging as one would like to gain great innovative mind-bending experience.

    Nice location. Solid company with great benefits. Promotes diversification, fairness, and respect. Covered parking. Flex hours. Work at home (in certain positions) is offered.

    Cons

    Cubical walls are not high enough. You can hear everyone near you, which can be very distracting all day long.

    Cons

    Since it's a larger, older company, lots of bureaucracy and some out-dated tech remains. Seems like they're shifting to get rid of it, however.
