    Obsolete systems and not user-friendly or efficient. Resources not current and hard to locate within computer system.

    Great team engagement, managers are actually aware of their teams workload, OT when necessary

    Cons

    Very stressful with the amount of claims, can be difficult to move into other positions that aren't claims related, almost a 1-track career course once you start

    - The benefits are pretty good
    - Most of the people are extremely easy to work with and willing to help you further your career
    - Work/Life balance is important to the company (Most roles are not expected to work more than 38.75 hours/week)
    - Gym on-site
    - Management is competent and helpful

    - The pay is just average for IT roles
