over all company is very liberal and open minded. They don't care about Tattoos or wild hair colors. Most area's allow jeans now too.

    Pros

Good pay, great people to work with, good managers overall.

    Cons

Hard to move up or post out. No career path in department. Inconsistent claim volume

    Advice to Management

Find a way to manage claim volume so it's equal in all zones. Not fair when one zone gets 140 claims a month, and others get 70 and held to same standards.
