Pros
Good training and room to expand, as long as you fall within the boundries they want you in. Wonderful direct manager. Great coworkers.
Cons
Somewhat inhumane human resources department that does not care about employees as human beings. Upper management that tries to form fit people into working enviroments that are not suited to the personality types that work in that department.
