    Great leadership culture and management team. Employee engagement is a priority.

    Cons

    The workload is unreasonable and on manageable. I would not have left the organization if the workload and work life balance was more manageable.

    Nationwide truly understands work life balance and shows it employees this with values we show to our customers as well as staff.

    Cons

    Company tends to work to get new blood into pipeline as opposed to progressive movement from within.
