    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Natixis full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good benefits/time off to volunteer, good location, good array of products so you don't feel pigeon-holed or pressured to present one solution

    Cons

Monotonous, lack of diversity, little room for creativity, strict with hours even if it would save you an hour commute to leave 7 min early to catch a train, rigid and "classic" stereotyped sales culture, unnecessary/mandatory meetings even if no one has anything to say and looks at the clock until time's up

    Advice to Management

Better development/mentor plans for employees, more flexibility/listening to employees, better promotion of and communication to women. If from the first week it's hinted that there are other departments or career avenues... or if someone is more than three times questioned by superiors if they want to keep in the field because it's male dominated (obvious) .. it's discouraging because it's already a challenge as it is...

I have been working at Natixis

    Pros

great pay great benefits good hours flexibility during the day

    Cons

unfair promotions favoring from management extremely male oriented weak culture

    Advice to Management

need more real procedures in place- figure out some different career paths for people who don't want to be wholesalers, allow them to grow within the company. stop favoring people
