I worked at NaturalMotion full-time (More than a year)

Generally nice people. Excellent technical knowledge (on the projects I worked on, anyway). More money than you can shake a stick at.

Supremely incompetent leadership. Very high levels of frustration within the company are immediately obvious, specifically at how obtuse and shortsighted individuals still seem to be steering the decision making process.

Zynga doesn't seem to trust anyone in the UK, so is very keen on inserting their own people at every level. Unfortunately, most of them seem to be keener on marketing games than on making them. As a result NM and by extension, Zynga, are a bad, bad company to work for, creatively speaking, unless you like making Broadway musical-themed gambling games, in which case they're a world leader.

    Advice to Management

Bit too late for that, unfortunately. Maybe try making something new, rather than rehashing everyone else's ideas.
