I worked at Natwest full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I think the main benefit of working at NatWest would be the communication skills which you will be able to gain as you speak and communicate with customers throughout the whole day. Also, you will be able to receive training towards a qualification. There is always a chance of progress.

    Cons

The downside could be that if you are not a patient person then this job is not for you as it can be really busy and drive you up the wall but also it can be really boring which could be demotivating.

I have been working at Natwest for more than a year

    Pros

Natwest allows you to grow in your career by helping you take training sessions and exams. However, actual progression in jobs are depends on various factors which include good networking with management.

    Cons

The branches are always understaffed leading to lot of pressure on the staff. They have recently also closed a lot of branches and are not hiring which means the problem is to stay.

    Advice to Management

Need to start having a proactive plan regarding hiring and taking care of the employees instead of very reactive and sudden approach of redundancy and early termination of contracts.
