i can say job security. you won't get fired easily. Infact, they will make your life miserable if they decide to let you go.
Cons
Typical old age indian organization mindset where employees are slaves. Thought process make employees sweat like pig so that they squeeze every penny from customer who always curses Naukri. Only way you can survive and grow is by bottom licking. No matter how good you perform, if you don't kiss bottom, you will be targeted and alienated. Seniors harass female employees in open. They pinch and hit employees as per their will, the sexual harassment prevention program is a Joke. No complaints are anonymous, moment you raise this issue, you better pack your bags. Have so much more to mention but in short, just read the review headline.
