Since acquisition by MemorialCare, culture and vibe changed for the worse. Much more restrictive and rigid style of management. No longer an environment of innovation, but rather one of follow the rules to the letter or leave.
Advice to Management
While medical procedures and diagnostics must be closely followed and managed, allow your employees more freedom to create and deviate appropriately from the rules of the organization. Move away from the command and control style of management from the top.
