    Good people building good products. Training and certification push is a welcome change

    Cons

    The sales team sucks and they can't sell worth a you know what, Pay scale is lower than other cloud service providers.

    Pros

    competitive salary, decent benefits, relaxed workplace, flexible hours and telecommuting. Co-workers easy to get along with

    Cons

    lost its identity after being bought by Time Warner Cable. Parent company exerting too much control. Even though understaffed, there were times where employees were shuffled around due to cubicle constraints. 401k plan not up to par

    beef up the staff or the employees will start leaving in droves

    Pros

    Lots of technology, you can get to work on different projects where you might learn new products. It is a plus.

    Cons

    no salary increases, even if you get goo reviews, do not expect any increases. Negotiate your salary before you start.

    Advice to Management

    There are a lot of good talent in the company but there is no motivation. You work a lot and no rewards

    Pros

    Initial Manager was very good
    Work life balance was ok
    Allowed me to work remote
    Growth was good

    Cons

    I got moved to a different manager who was more political and not a good manager.
    Remote work was not allowed anymore

    Plenty of good people, flexible hours, work from home, decent benefits, some good products

    Cons

    Unduly complex processes and procedures, immature/incomplete solutions, major gaps in too many fundamentals.

    Advice to Management

    Need to continue breaking down the silos. GM needs to address realities of both personal and company shortcomings.
