    Pros

Great culture, pay, and cool projects

    Cons

    A little tight on budget

    Advice to Management

Reward employees for hard work, most people don't go after the high utilization bonuses because if you calculate it out- it ends up being less than minimum wage to spend the extra time over 8hrs in the office.
