    Pros

    Great benefits and pay for all employees. Posses a wealth of knowledge to offer for all areas of production and manufacturing.

    Cons

    The company is more focused on cost savings than using quality material to build their product to provide to the customer.

    Advice to Management

    Always be open minded and accept ideas and suggestions from employees at all levels. Be respectful, kind and most of all professional.

    Great heritage and they have a beautiful building. They have great yet nervous employees who care, work hard and do the right things.

    Cons

    Damaged reputation in the market place due to the previous CEO making a terrible bet on a failed engine strategy.

    Keep doing what you are doing because you are doing all the right things.

    Fast paced! Which is mentally engaging but can wear on you if you let it.

    You can give ideas and implement them if you satisfy the management that its gonna work, less pressure environment

    employees, They take advantage of the freedom and misuse it

    Pros

    Very interesting work in product development, great people - including smart, young engineer, great products. People dedicated to do the right things.

    Cons

    The company is in the midst of a difficult come-back from poor executive decisions in 2010. Due to this situation, the company if forced to focus on tactical work sometimes at the expense of long-term strategic projects.

    Advice to Management

    Executive management has changed dramatically and the company has a more automotive approach to product development which isn't always the best approach for heavy-trucks and school buses.

    Pros

    Structurally a very nice company to work for. Everything is set up and organized as it should be within a company.

    Cons

    In some departments there is a lack of leadership. Some jobs do take most of the time away from family.

    Advice to Management

    I feel that a person with management experience or a degree should take seniority in management positions. There are many persons non-deserving of positions which they are entitled.
