    Great environment, fun loving staff!

    The pay is too low for a company in such an expensive area

    Pros

    Salary and benefits. Opportunities for progression are good and there are many good staff

    Cons

    Could get a little political and some senior staff would walk on juniors. It can be a eat or be eaten culture

    Advice to Management

    Give busy juniors a chance and some decent support

    Pros

    You get cca ~ 60 days of vacation, from the flexi and the 26 days of vacation given without the bank holidays.
    It's flexitime, meaning you can make your own schedule.
    Nice people to work with

    Cons

    Salary can start from 19 000, and the work is quite repetitive,

    Advice to Management

    No improvements needed. Maybe for some new assistants , some of them are quite arrogant.

    Non execs are very friendly, young and eager to team up.

    Cons

    The legacy VP level is best described as poisonous.

    Stop colluding and start acting in the interest of the business.

    I have been working at Navtech full-time

    Pros

    Good atmosphere, good hours, reasonable salary, good benefits. Interesting software which is fun to work on, good variety of technologies, good management within development.

    Cons

    Communication between departments and product planning is not always great. Planning of work and product functionality decisions could sometimes use improvements.

    Advice to Management

    Try to improve planning, try to get the best out of all staff, improve product functionality decisions, plan ahead more, make longer term work allocation plans.

    Pros

    Growing company, so lots to keep you busy.
    Lots of self learning options.
    Good wages.

    Cons

    Growing company that has a big path but no plan for the little bits to get there.
    Very little co-operative learning and training.

    Advice to Management

    A clear direction would be most helpful. Build objective and tasks to suit that direction.
    9 to 5 team M-F team leads for support team.
