Good environment, they seem to care about the students and wellbeing of the faculty as long as they are not discussing about money.
Relatively low salaries compared with other universities/industry but I think they try to do the bes with what they have.

NWU prides itself on making a community of its workers and students and I felt a sense of belonging there that I have rarely felt working professionally. The staff is professional yet warm and inviting and the overall sense is that you want to contribute more and be a part of the excitement on campus.
The university is still quite small compared with other organizations in the area (e.g. SCC and UNL) which may contribute to lower pay, however the work life balance makes up for this
