    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Neighborhood Health Clinics full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, PTO, though health insurance choices could use some improvement. Coworkers are pleasant to work with and build a team environment within depts.

    Cons

Never trusted this company, they don't walk their talk- upper management is ALWAYS right, so no need to express your opinion! My only regret is that I didn't leave when I knew I should have.

    Advice to Management

You won't learn to really care about people by attending meetings or seminars. It's not a skill that can be learned or faked. Employees, even those without college degrees, can tell when you're genuine. Examine your true motives and quit treating people like they're disposable.

I worked at Neighborhood Health Clinics full-time

    Pros

PTO accumulation was a good benefit.

    Cons

Unprofessional environment, low pay, poor training

    Advice to Management

Spending most of your time in meetings will not solve any problems. Stay with your employees and see what's happening first hand.

I worked at Neighborhood Health Clinics full-time

    Pros

The patients are the most amazing part of the clinic - they are like family

    Cons

For a healthcare clinic they have a very narrow view on family values and situations when it comes to time off and benefits.

I worked at Neighborhood Health Clinics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Loved helping the people and the children. Giving the education was the best part.

    Cons

Never trusted my manager. Back stabbing throughout. If you need the job, keep your mouth shut and just work. Trust no one.

    Advice to Management

    Supervise your middle management
